Mona’s Mitten
a Story to MOVE to
Who said we have to sit totally still to listen to a story? Especially when it is a book about a little skier who loves life and motion and a mouse looking for a house? As this is a book to move to, you will find physical activities going along with the story on each page.
Kristina Orliczky is a licensed physical therapist and a certified practitioner of the gentle, functional Feldenkrais method. She got the idea for Mona’s Mitten after losing a mitten from a ski-lift in Big Bear, California.
